Registration Guidelines

Presenters
Presenters whose abstracts are accepted for oral or poster presentations MUST complete their fee payment by Sep 15, 2023, otherwise their abstracts will be removed from the program.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registrants who submit written cancellation notifications on or before Oct 31, 2023 will receive a refund. Written notification of cancellations must be e-mailed to scsam2023@xmu.edu.cn.
i.Refund requests made between Aug 20 and Sep 15, 2023 will be eligible for a 100% refund, less a 5% administrative fee.
ii.Refund requests made between Sep 16 and Oct 15, 2023 will be eligible for a 70% refund, less a 5% administrative fee.
iii.Refund requests made between Oct 16 and Oct 31, 2023 will only be eligible for a 50% refund, less a 5% administrative fee.
iv.Any refund request made after Oct 31, 2023 will not be accepted.
Please note that the processing fee is non-refundable in all cases.
